Our lawful basis is our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries you send us, and, where you become a client, the performance of a contract.

How long we keep it

Enquiries that do not lead to an engagement are deleted within 24 months. Client records are kept for as long as required by law and professional regulations.

Sharing

We do not sell your information. We share it only with service providers who help us run this website and email (for example our hosting provider), under appropriate data-protection terms, or where required by law.

Your rights

This website uses only strictly necessary cookies: a session cookie and a security token that protect our forms. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies, so we do not ask for cookie consent. Our fonts are hosted on our own server. The map on our contact page is provided by OpenStreetMap, which does not set advertising cookies.
